Five Questions: Busi Kheswa – New Director for FEW
Written by Mpumi Mathabela

Who is Busi Kheswa?

I come from Soweto and I love music but I can’t neither sing nor dance.  At the moment in my car I’m alternating between Busi Mhlongo and Seal. When I am with my friends we become a crazy loud bunch. My star sign is Capricorn and my personality allows me to make friends with almost everyone. All in all I am a very nice person, until I drive in the morning from home to work. I love finer things in life: good food, whisky and jazz.

What is your passion and what drives you?

I am passionate about life and I am intrigued by people’s expressions of their sexualities. Listening to people’s stories seeing how they change their lives for the better motivates me.

What is your philosophy in life?

I believe it is not one’s altitude but one’s attitude that determines her aptitude.  So I ‘m always cautious of how I interact with people

Tell us about the significant people in your life?

I always invite God in my business and my wife brings the best out of me, my blood family keeps me grounded and my family of choice keeps me sane and I smile when I see my two dogs

Where do you see yourself in 10 years, what will you be doing?

I see myself as a piece of clay that is constantly molded by life so will see what life makes of me…ten years ago I didn’t know I’ll be here
